This unusual necklace is hand made from an original art deco off-white collar with cutwork flower pattern and scalloped edges. It has been backed with black leaf design lace with scalloped edging (a generous width so that it peeps through from underneath). The necklace is decorated with an original 1960s goldtone brooch with purple swirl lucite stone (this is fully detachable to be worn elsewhere if required) and further adorned with original 1950s facetted crystal beads in graduated sizes around the edges. It is finished with a modern purple flower design tassel with beading and feathers and black lace ribbon straps. The collar measures approx 2 inches wide, with the straps being approx 12 inches in length and 1 inch wide.
