1980s pink, red & green flower print tea dress 16 18

Pretty vintage chintz dress with pleated skirt and crocheted lace collar. It also has a tie belt which isnt in the picture. Size 18 but more of a modern 16/18 (bust 42 ins, waist 36 ins unstretched), good condition showing minor wear.
