Art nouveau style china dressing table vanity tray with blue flowers

Vintage art nouveau style china dressing table tray with blue flowers, 10.5 X 7.5". I would guess this is c1970s in the art nouveau style but I couldn't say for sure. Good condition with no chips or cracks.
