This is a vintage bespoke shoemaker's last which came from one of the only remaining shoe making companies in Northampton. It is a plaster mould of an unusually shaped foot which was taken in order to make bespoke shoes to fit the customer. It is made of plaster covered with brown paper and leather and has the clients details written on it. It measures approx 14.5 inches including the metal pole.
