Vintage c1980s/90s frilled pelmet & matching tie backs with red flower print. 82 inches wide and 9.75 inches deep. Good vintage condition showing minor wear. This is from a house clearance and so will need a wash to freshen it up. I have two pelmets available but only one pair of tie backs.
