This hand made white bib/collar statement necklace has been created from carefully selected vintage materials with a sturdy internal frame to which each piece is hand sewn; it is finished with generous irridescent white sparkly ribbon straps and white felt backing. It measures approximately 7.5 x 6 inches and has 16 inch straps which are 0.75 inches wide.
